LANL Foundation Announces $1.5 Million in Education Enrichment and Community Outreach Grants

LANL Foundation has announced $1.5 million in grant awards to 48 schools, school districts, non-profits, Pueblos, and tribal communities in their seven-county service area in Northern New Mexico. $1.4 million in Education Enrichment grants was awarded and $100,000 in Community Outreach grants was awarded. Education Enrichment grantees will receive $50,000 over two years and Community Outreach grantees will receive a one-time award of $5,000.

Application Opens for LANL Foundation’s Competitive Grants

Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) Foundation is now accepting applications for their competitive grant cycle. The Foundation’s competitive grants support schools, school districts, non-profits, Pueblos, Nations, and tribal communities in their seven-county service area of Los Alamos, Mora, Rio Arriba, Sandoval, San Miguel, Santa Fe, and Taos counties. The Foundation also serves Cochiti Pueblo, Jemez Pueblo, Jicarilla Apache Nation, Kewa Pueblo, Laguna Pueblo, Pueblo of Nambe, Navajo Nation, Ohkay Owingeh, Picuris Pueblo, Pueblo of Pojoaque, San Felipe Pueblo, Pueblo de San Ildefonso, Pueblo of Sandia, Santa Ana Pueblo, Pueblo of Santa Clara, Taos Pueblo, Tesuque Pueblo, and Zia Pueblo.

LANL Foundation Continues Grant Partnership with Mora Independent School District

The Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) Foundation continued its support of and partnership with Mora Independent School District (Mora ISD) this week with a unique $10,000 grant to help with staff renewal, retention, and capacity building. The LANL Foundation is celebrating our 25th anniversary this year and these Forward, Together grants honor the communities we’ve served since our founding in 1997.
