
The LANL Foundation announces changes to its Board of Directors following elections conducted by the Board. After years of dedicated service, Kathryn Harris Tijerina has passed the leadership baton to Dr. Denise Montoya, who will now serve as Chair of the Board.

The LANL Foundation is pleased to announce recipients of the 2024 LANL Career Pathways scholarships aimed at supporting students pursuing associate degrees, certificates and other credentials in the trades.
This year, 128 Northern New Mexico students received 44 scholarships totaling $117,000. Recipients hail from Rio Arriba, San Miguel, Taos, Los Alamos, Sandoval and Santa Fe Counties and will receive $750 per semester up to $3,000 total toward their education.

These awards are for individuals who have a specific career in mind and are committed to earning an associate’s degree or certification in any field or trade. They are available to high school students and adult learners with a high school diploma or GED/High School Equivalency (HSE).
