Paul LeFrancois

K12 Program Coordinator

Paul joined the LANL Foundation in 2022. As the K12 Program Coordinator, Paul focuses on supporting the team’s many projects including the ISEC (Inquiry Science Education Consortium) and NBCT (National Board Certified Teacher) Programs, as well as opportunities to work across the Foundation’s continuum and building out future opportunities for partnering with schools and communities. 

Prior to joining the Foundation, Paul  spent a decade in education as a classroom teacher and coach. Most recently, he served as the 6th grade teacher at Kha’p’o Community School at Santa Clara Pueblo. While at Kha’p’o, Paul developed a strong belief in the importance and power of culturally sustaining pedagogy and community based learning.

Paul holds a Master’s Degree in K-8 Elementary Education from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Dickinson College. Paul was born and raised in New Hampshire and currently resides in Santa Fe with his family.
