LANL Foundation announces 2024 Career Pathways Scholars 

The LANL Foundation is pleased to announce recipients of the 2024 LANL Career Pathways scholarships aimed at supporting students pursuing associate degrees, certificates and other credentials in the trades.  This year, 128 Northern New Mexico students received 44 scholarships totaling $117,000. Recipients hail from Rio Arriba, San Miguel, Taos, Los Alamos, Sandoval and Santa Fe Counties and will receive $750 per semester up to $3,000 total toward their education.

Each year, this prestigious award honors exceptional educators in Rio Arriba County and Pojoaque Schools, recognizing their outstanding contributions to the field of education.

LANL Foundation Celebrates 16 Area Teachers Receiving Their National Board Certification

On Saturday, May 13th, the LANL Foundation honored 16 teachers from Northern New Mexico who have achievedtheir National Board Certification, alongside their coaches and other support providers, at a luncheon at their Española office. The 16 teachers have achieved their certification over the past several years, with Saturday’s event being the first time the group has been able to gather to celebrate due to pandemic-era restrictions.
