The LANL Foundation C3P High School Transformation Coordinator is a full time, exempt position that will help tribal nations, communities, districts, and schools with holistically transforming high schools to become places that prepare students to feel successful, secure in who they are, and ready for whatever path they choose in order to increase the well-being of students and their communities.
