Driven by a passion to ensure all employees are supported to maximize their contribution and satisfaction, Jacob Dominguez serves as the Human Resources Coordinator for the LANL Foundation. In this role, he is responsible for the hiring and onboarding of all employees and reviews the generous and extensive benefits package with all employees. Jacob brings over 30 years of experience in Human Resources to the team. He was born, raised and educated in a small rural community in New Mexico. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business/finance from New Mexico State University and an MBA in Business from Oklahoma City University. When he is not in his HR role at the Foundation, he stays busy with his wife, children and grandchildren supporting their activities or he is at his cabin near Taos enjoying the wildlife, and fishing, golfing or biking.
