Operational Support to hire a full-time Program Associate. ROCA: Rural Opportunities for College Access is a college access program for students from rural high schools throughout New Mexico, with a focus on students from LANL Foundation’s 7-county service area. The program brings first-generation college-going and high achieving students from rural high schools together at a regional college campus with college counselors from around the country for four days of intensive programming during the summer. Students who complete the program go on to receive individualized college and financial aid counseling throughout their senior year of high school.

Operational support for a Rural High School Redesign Program including drafting and validating a Rural Schools Pathway strategies paper and policy agenda, participating in stakeholder convenings with those interested in exploring and scaling the comprehensive college and career pathways in New Mexico.
