Ryan Labbe

Ryan Labbe brings a long-standing commitment to public service and innovation across sectors. He currently serves as General Manager of Tyler Technologies in New Mexico. Previously, he held several roles in Vermont’s state government, including State Chief Information Officer under Governor Jim Douglas from 2003 to 2005.

Ryan has supported critical public initiatives nationwide, including managing a public-private partnership with the U.S. Postal Service and contributing to Nevada’s statewide COVID-19 response by helping coordinate pop-up and temporary clinics.

With a parallel career in entrepreneurship, Ryan has worked for venture-backed marketing services firms, partnering with global companies such as Unilever, Procter & Gamble, and The Nielsen Company. His work has taken him around the world, where he has presented to diverse international audiences.

A passionate advocate for STEM education, Ryan serves as Chair of the New Mexico Governor’s STEM Challenge Steering Committee, which organizes the state’s premier high school STEM event.

He is a proud Rotary Exchange alumnus, having studied in Milan, Italy, and holds a B.A. from The American University in Washington, D.C.
