Max Baca has experience in financial management, strategic planning, and government relations. He has a proven record of success in driving growth, profitability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. He is an accomplished Executive Vice President for Finance, Administration & Government Relations.
While serving at New Mexico Highlands University (NMHU) he negotiated contracts with multiple unions. Max understands the importance of finding common ground between management and labor and has a proven record of finding innovative solutions to complex problems. He works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that policies and plans align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Having worked in government relations, Max has acquired an in-depth understanding of the legislative process and the policies that guide it.He has gained the skills needed to develop effective strategies by collaborating with government officials and stakeholders to achieve institutional goals and objectives. In his current he develops and implements policies that support the strategic goals of NMHU.
Max received his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Management from New Mexico Highlands University.
