Jenica Rodriguez is the Scholarship and Finance Team Assistant at the LANL Foundation, where she builds and maintains the organization’s scholarship applications and database, provides training and technical assistance, assists with reporting, and supports the day-to-day operations of the scholarship program and finance team. With a background in database management and customer relations, she strives to create a system that is efficient and easy to navigate. Jenica is passionate about supporting students from Northern New Mexico and helping them bring their skills and knowledge back to their communities after college. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing in the sun with her dogs and cat.
