Devette Sanchez

Devette was born in Taos and raised in a small community north of Taos called Arroyo Hondo. She is currently a Freshman English High School Teacher at Taos High School, and began her teaching career at Taos Middle School. She is pursuing her NBC because she believes there is always room to grow, and would like to advance her education while challenging herself to step out of her comfort zone. She is also a coach for basketball and track and used to coach volleyball as well. She loves to read, hike, bake, and crochet.
