Dee Ann Briceño-Roybal

Executive Assistant and Chief People Person

Dee Ann Briceño-Roybal joined the Foundation in August of 2023 as the Executive Assistant and Chief People Person. She is a Santa Fe native and a mother of four (one son and three daughters). She earned her MBA in 2010 and her master’s in general counseling in 2013. Much of her career has been managing offices and supporting Executive Leadership teams.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Dee Ann has worked at various organizations like Santa Fe Public Schools, New Mexico School for the Deaf (where she learned ASL), Guadalupe Credit Union, CHRISTUS St. Vincent Foundation, and the Santa Fe Recovery Center. These jobs provided her the opportunity to do what she loves – making a difference in the lives of others in her community.

She has always been very involved with her children and their schools. She was a Girl Scout troop leader, where she instilled in her troop the importance of giving back to their community. Her troop did several community outreach projects every year to help the homeless, veterans, and children in our community, partnering with the Adelante program to organize coat, food, and toy drives. She is also a basketball, volleyball and cheer coach, and a member of the Monte de Sol Parent Association. She believes that the future of our children is important and that every child deserves to be heard,  given every opportunity to learn, be confident, and, most importantly, self-reliant, because these young adults are our future and they all deserve to have the tools they need to succeed in school and in life.
