We’re working to strengthen regional workforce development leadership, partnerships and capacity toward a shared vision.
Though there are many promising programs and efforts to support college, career and community success, we believe that regional organizations and leaders also need to construct a long-term strategic vision to support an integrated, systemic approach that will create lasting, positive change for the people in our region. This includes supporting greater collaboration among regional partners, key state agencies and Pueblos, Tribes and Nations, with the goal of advancing and coordinating career pathways, workforce development and economic development efforts in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
