Stephanie Owens

Stephanie is a Ph.D., educational psychologist, and teacher with over 25 years of experience teaching in public K-12 schools and college/university settings. She has worked as a consultant in education settings at the national, Southwest region, and New Mexico state level for more than a decade of her career. Much of her work as an educator has been to partner with Native American Nations, Pueblos, and Tribes with the goal of working on enhancing sovereignty through self-direction in education. She lives on a mountain in Questa, NM, with her two sons and two dogs.
