Nancy Germond joined the LANL Foundation in July 2022 as Executive Assistant and Advancement Associate. In this role, she provides administrative assistance to Jenny and Tony, as well as serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
As a recent transplant to Santa Fe, Nancy is excited to be part of the Foundation’s mission to inspire excellence in education and learning in Northern New Mexico – an area she’s already grown to love. Prior to joining the Foundation, Nancy owned her own business and has worked in a variety of positions for a Fortune 500 company and high-tech start ups.
Raised in Calgary, Alberta, Nancy came to the US for her Chemical Engineering and Master of Business degrees from the University of Texas. An avid snow skier and mountain biker, she has recently added pickleball to her busy activity schedule.
