Maddy is an Emmy award winning former television news producer. She was an investigative producer with ABC News in New York for over a decade where she produced stories on government waste, corporate corruption, and other abuses of power. Since moving to New Mexico over a decade ago, she has written for outlets including The Today Show and MSN. She was the director of communications for both the New Mexico House Democrats and the Richardson Center for Global Engagement.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Maddy now lives in Santa Fe with her husband and two daughters, as well as a few cats and dogs. She enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and plays USTA tennis.
