The Power of Collaboration

LANL Foundation formed the New Mexico Home Visiting Collaborative, which brings together key stakeholders from throughout the state to support ythje exxistance of a well-funded, consistent, exemplary home visiting system. The Collaborative’s work ensures that home visiting programs are understood as an integral part of the continuum of care for young children.

Guided by the latest research, understanding challenges, and promoting best practices, the Collaborative has created a forum for communication among home visiting programs throughout New Mexico.

The Home Visiting Collaborative’s mission is to provide a forum for statewide communication and collaboration, inclusive of Tribal, private, and public agencies, for the purposes of alignment of and advocacy for home visitation services in New Mexico.
