Andrea Neal joined the Foundation staff to lead the LANL Foundation Communications Office in 2014 after working for 10+ years as a contract graphic designer. She expanded her role to include media relations, web development, social media, and event coordination.
In addition to running her private business, Whole Brain Design, supporting nonprofit, small business and corporate clients with graphics, advertising, brand development, marketing, and public realtions, she also worked as a graphic designer for print and web at Los Alamos National Laboratory, St. John’s College, and firms in Cincinnati and the San Francisco Bay Area. She has a bachelor of science degree in design from the University of Cincinnati and studied painting, drawing, and art history (including prehistoric cave art) with Parsons (NYC) in Paris and the south of France.
She loves to travel and enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and two dogs.
